1972:
The company is founded in Muggensturm by Wilhelm (Willi) Jäger as a warehouse and logistics centre. The business is soon expanded to include the first cosmetic product, a hand cleanser.
1978:
Granting of manufacturing licence in accordance with §13 AMG (German Medicines Act). Start of medicinal product production and packaging.
1998:
Construction and completion of a new packaging and administration building in order to be able to cater to the constantly increasing customer demand.
2010:
Completion of new building complex for logistics, raw materials storage and mixing room. Tripling of mixing capacity.
2017:
ISO 13485 Medical devices & 22000 Food safety certification.
2022:
Sale of the majority stake to a group of Swiss private investors and management participation.
2023:
Expansion and extension of the range of customer-specific development services in the cosmetics, medical devices and dietary supplements segments in order to better meet customer demands. Technical development and capacity building through UDI coding and serialisation to meet growing demand.
2024:
Technological innovation in the field of food supplements with high-pressure homogenisers.
2025:
Expansion of production capacity through investment in the full automation of a tube line.
